Privacy & data retention

What we collect

  • The URL you audit. We fetch and analyse the public page at the address you submit.
  • Your email — only if you choose to enter it to unlock the full report.
  • Basic technical data — e.g. your IP address, used solely to prevent abuse and rate-limit free audits.

How long we keep it

  • Audit reports are stored so your shareable report link keeps working, and are retained for around 30 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe.
  • Abuse-prevention counters (per-IP limits) expire automatically within a couple of days.

Cookies & consent

Nothing non-essential loads until you allow it. When you first visit we show a banner; analytics and session-replay scripts stay blocked until you accept them, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

  • Strictly necessary. Always on, no consent needed — your session, security, and your cookie choice itself. Our human-verification check (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a strictly-necessary cookie to tell humans from bots.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics (GA4). Loads only if you accept it. Records anonymous page views, the pages you visit, rough location (country/region from your IP), device and browser type, and how you arrived (traffic source). We use it to understand what’s used; it is not used for advertising.
  • Product analytics & session replay — PostHog. Loads only if you accept it. Records which features and pages you use (events, clicks, scrolling) and can replay sessions so we can find and fix friction. More detailed than analytics, which is why it is a separate choice. Hosted in the EU.

To withdraw consent, open Cookie settings in the footer and turn a category off, or choose Reject all. Withdrawing stops the relevant script loading on your next page view.

Your rights & contact

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time. Data is held in the EU (Supabase). Email privacy@kweri.co.uk and we’ll action it promptly.
