What Kweri is

Kweri is an automated website-audit tool. It fetches a public page, runs a set of algorithmic checks, and writes up what it finds in plain English. The results are generated by software, not by a person. Treat them as a useful starting point for investigation — not a definitive or professional audit.

What Kweri is not

Kweri is not a substitute for human UX research, for an accessibility audit carried out by a qualified professional, or for legal compliance advice. Findings may be incomplete or wrong for your specific context. Use your own judgement, and seek qualified advice where it matters.

Acceptable use

  • Only audit sites you may audit. Don’t submit a site you don’t own or don’t have permission to audit.
  • No probing for vulnerabilities. Don’t use Kweri to attack, scan, or probe infrastructure — including attempts to reach internal or private addresses (SSRF).
  • No abuse of the free tier. No automated bulk submissions, scraping, or other attempts to overload or circumvent the limits on free audits.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access that breaches these rules.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Billing period. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, depending on the plan you choose.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
  • No partial refunds. We don’t refund for partial periods once a period has started.
  • Allowances. Audit allowances already granted in the current period are not clawed back if you cancel or downgrade.

Your data

Kweri stores the URLs you audit, the findings generated for them, and your email address if you provide it. Audit data is scoped to your account and is not shared between accounts. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@kweri.co.uk. For the full detail of what we collect and how long we keep it, see our Privacy & data retention page.

Liability

Kweri is provided on an “as is” basis. We don’t warrant that findings are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we’ll give notice on the site. Continuing to use Kweri after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
